Suzanne L. Mullen age 70 of Skippack, died Monday, April 1, 2013 at her home. Wife of the late James F. Mullen.
Born in Philadelphia, PA on October 29, 1942, daughter of the late Regina FM (Reilly) and George J. Thomas.
Suzanne has lived in Skippack since 1976, formerly of Plymouth Meeting.
Graduate of Archbishop Prendergrast High School of Upper Darby, Pa.
She was a homemaker raising her 2 daughters, then went to work as a dietary aide with the Colonnade Assisted Living of Collegeville.
She was an avid gardener, and talented seamstress, very fond of animals, also enjoyed traveling and fine dining with her late husband, and she most enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughters, Maureen Augustine of Warminster, Patty (Mike) Alexander of Skippack; sister, Rosemary Whisted of Tavernier, FL; brothers, Michael Thomas of Westminster, CO and John J. Thomas of Jupiter, FL. Also survived by five grandchildren, Bruce James Augustine, Madeline Augustine, Bridgette Augustine, Grace Alexander, & Dylan Alexander.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a brother George J. Thomas, Jr. and a sister Patricia Thomas.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 5, 2013at 11:00 A.M. from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 19 East Germantown Pike, East Norriton, Pa 19401
Friends may call Friday from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home.
Interment will be in George Washington Memorial Park, Plymouth Meeting.
