Philip R. Keilman, 85, of Eagleville, passed away on April 9, 2017.
He was born in Philadelphia, PA on December 8, 1931, the son of the late Theodore and Beatrice (Smith) Keilman.
Phil has been living in Eagleville since 1978, formerly of Roxborough. He was a member of Fairview Village Church.
He worked as a Store Manager for Acme Markets.
Phil enjoyed golf and later worked in the Pro Shop at Shannondell.
He was an avid Eagles fan, loved to travel, enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles. His greatest joy was the love he had for his family.
Phil served in the Korean War as a member of the 101st Airborne of the U.S. Army, receiving many medals and citations for his honorable service.
Phil is survived by his beloved wife, Geraldine (Hunsberger) Keilman of Eagleville.
He is the father of Raymond Keilman of Skippack, Kenneth ( & Bobbie) Huxley of Arizona, Lydia ( & Brian) Williams of Norristown, Pam ( & Larry) Starkloff of Arizona, Joseph ( & Maribeth) Keilman of Lederach,and Kimberly ( & Clifford) Colbert of Eagleville.
Brother of Paul Snyder of Philadelphia and Eileen Bush of California.
Phil is also survived by eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
His Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 11:00 AM from the Fairview Village Church, 3044 W. Germantown Pike, Eagleville, PA 19403. Friends may call on Tuesday morning from 10:00 - 10:45 AM at the church.
Interment will take place in Limerick Garden of Memories.
