Obituary of Elizabeth Capobianco

Elizabeth "Betty" Capobianco, 74, of Bridgeport, PA passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Einstein Montgomery Medical Center in East Norriton Twp., with her family at her side. A lifelong Bridgeport resident, Betty was the loving wife of 55 years of Pasquale "Pat" Capobianco. Born in Norristown, PA on May 17, 1942, she was a daughter of the late Harold & Florence (Brown) Bale. She was a member of Sacred Heart Parish in Bridgeport and she was a life member of the former St. Augustine's Catholic church of Bridgeport. She was a graduate of the former Bridgeport High School and a volunteer with the former St. Augustine-OLMC Grade School in Bridgeport. She worked 20 years with Toys R US retail store in King of Prussia, PA. A loving mother of six children, she enjoyed spending time with her family, going to the beach, taking day trips and loved reading. She cherished all of her 11 grandchildren and 5 great Grandchildren. She loved being a Mom-Mom and being surrounded by her family. Besides her husband she is survived by: Son: Michael Capobianco Daughter: Margaret Capobianco Daughter: Rosemarie (David) Grater Son: Joseph (Teresa) Capobianco Son: Patrick (P.J.) Capobianco Son: Christopher (Lynn) Capobianco Grandchildren: Eric, Dana, Madelyn, Maya Grandchildren: Jacob, Joshua, Darian, Evelyn Grandchildren: Nicholas, Ryan & Aidan Five Greatgrandchildren Also Survived By Many Nephews and Nieces She was preceded in death by two Sisters: Ann Marie Arrasmith & Patricia Heck and preceded in death by two brothers Harold & William Bale. A Memorial Funeral Mass for Elizabeth will be held on Monday, January 30, 2017 at 11:00 AM from the Sacred Heart Parish Church, 4th & Jefferson Street, Swedesburg, PA. Pastor Rev. Timothy O'Sullivan will be officiating. Friends may call on Monday morning from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at the church. Interment will be private.
