Pat had a great laugh and was always making us laugh. I worked with her in the Call Center, and I thought I would post a picture of the three of us working together and saying goodbye to her when she retired.

Patty has been my friend since we were 15 years old (if you do the math that is a very long time!) We were inseparable as teenagers and into our 20's. Mischief was our middle name, especially during many trips to the Poconos and the Jersey shore. We drove Patty's dad Jack crazy (her mom Jane much more tolerant of our shenanigans!).
Patty and I took a cross-country trip to the Rockies in the late 70's. I stayed. Patty would visit me in Idaho occasionally until the next exciting chapter in her life began; a life with Tony and the arrival of her beautiful children. Gosh, did she love being a wife and mom. So, life got in the way of our friendship until we reconnected in the past decade, of which I am eternally grateful. Our planned reunion for this past weekend was not to be but I am infinitely appreciative of the last words between us, just hours from Patty passing from this world to the next. "I love you" - I couldn't ask or want a more heartful send-off from my fabulous and loyal friend Patty. You were truly one of a kind girlfriend!

We weren’t ready for you to go. I know Jane , Nanny , and Grandpop were waiting for you when you got to Heaven . I’m jealous of the angels. You were the best Aunt to all of us who affectionately called you “Big Pat”. There is no way to put a lifetime of memories into words ; memories of Liberty Ave. , Buttonwood St., holidays , car rides with you holding your cig and singing , working part time jobs with you , the shore, the Poconos…. and your laugh …. your wonderful , loud laugh . I already miss you so much …. I know you are free from pain now and we will see each other again. Until then , I love you . Missy
Thank you Big Pat for being the best Aunt and friend. We always had a spot at your table on the back porch any night of the week. I have the best memories of sleepovers at your place in Conshy, going to the Thanksgiving Day parade, singing in your Chevette to Sheana Easton and going to Sea Isle City during the winter and getting snowed in.
You will be so missed. I hope you’re having a cold beer and sitting on the back porch with a Jane, Nanny and Grandpop. I love you - Wendy
