Obituary of Charles J. Heinberg

Charles J. Heinberg  

 

Charles J. Heinberg, 76, of Conshohocken, PA passed away Monday, March 31, 2025.

 

He was born in New York, New York on November 26, 1948, the son of the late Ben C. and Ruth V. (Wolfe) Heinberg.

Charles has lived in Conshohocken for the last 47 years, formerly of Drexel Hill and Philadelphia.

He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War, where he received the Vietnam Service Medal with 2 Bronze Service Stars, National Defense Service Medal, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Sharpshooter with a Rifle Medal, Combat Infantryman Badge and Sharpshooter with M-60 MG Medal.

 

He was a Self Employed Truck Driver.

 

Charles enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching TV, playing the lottery and going to the casinos.

 

He was the husband of Francine ( Kenny )

 

Survivors include Wife Francine Heinberg of Conshohocken, Pa, Son Chaz (Dawn) Heinberg of Spring City, Pa, Son Dan (Amy) Heinberg of Conshohocken, Pa, Daughter Samantha (Jeff) Messantonio of Norristown, Pa, Brother Edward Heinberg of New Jersey, Sister Ruth Astemborski of New Jersey, Sister Dorothy Brennan of New Jersey,  also survived by his  Grandchildren Damian, Madison, Taya, Parker, Peyton and Logan, and by many nieces and nephews.

 

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by 2 brothers Joseph Heinberg and Ben Heinberg.

 

His Memorial Service will be held Friday, April 4, 2025 at 11:00 AM from Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA.

 

Friends may call on Friday, April 4, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home. 

 

 

Interment will take place in St. Matthew's Cemetery, Conshohocken, PA.
