Nellie M. Neve  

Nellie M. Neve, 97, of Plymouth Meeting, PA passed away Saturday, May 10, 2025.

She was born in Norristown, Pennsylvania on March 16, 1928, the daughter of the late Generoso and Anna (Carbone) Scandone.

Nellie graduated from Norristown High School with the class of 1946. She was a Secretary for N&N  Penn Trust and later the original Continental Bank. She was an active member of the Catholic War Veterans Ladies Auxillary- Norristown Chapter and held several officer positions with the organization. She was also a member of the Red Hatters Society, Holy Saviour Senior Club, and volunteered with Morris Manor Nursing Home. She was a weekly bowler at Facenda Whittacker Lanes. She enjoyed dancing, traveling, cruising, casino trips, baking, and other various activities. Her favorite times were spent with family and friends around the dinner table. 

She was the wife of the late Ernest G. Neve, Jr.

Survivors include daughter, Patricia Neve of Plymouth Meeting; daughter, Diane (& John) Sabo Apopka, Florida; son, Ernie (& Gina) Neve, III of Plymouth Meeting; and two grandchildren, Donte & Nico. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters, Nicolina Pascale, Philomena Carbo, Angelina Lopresti, and Mary Burzacki.

Her Funeral Mass will be held Monday, May 19, 2025 at 10:30 AM from Epiphany Of Our Lord RC Church, 3050 Walton Road, Plymouth Meeting, PA.

Friends may call on Sunday, May 18, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 19 East Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA. Friends may call on Monday, May 19, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the church before mass.

Interment will take place in St. Patrick Cemetery, East Norriton, PA.
