Marianne C. Carville-Mancini  

Marianne C. (Foley) Carville Mancini, 73, passed away at her home in Collegeville, PA, on Thursday, July 31, 2025.

Born on March 1, 1952, in Chestnut Hill, PA, Marianne spent her early years in Conshohocken and East Norriton.  She later established homes in Norristown, Trooper and, most recently, Collegeville where she has lived since 2004.

Marianne graduated from Bishop Kenrick High School in 1970. She dedicated many years of work in Import/Export Compliance to Wyeth Pharmaceuticals before the company became Pfizer, where she continued until her retirement in 2010.

A lover of crafting, Marianne found joy in ceramics, scrapbooking, and other craft projects. But one of her greatest delights was spoiling her grandchild.

She was a devoted wife to Kenneth A. Mancini of Collegeville, a loving mother to Jessica (Paul) Sowden of Pottstown, and a proud grandmother to Jax Sowden.  In addition, she is survived by sister Katherine (Steve) Sitron,  sister Margaret Foley both of Collegeville, sister Claire (Robert) Foley of Norristown, brother Michael (Lori) Foley of Pottsville.   She is fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.   

She was preceded in death by her parents, Francis J. "Tim" Foley and Anne (Brady) Foley, sister Patricia Russell and brother Tim (Margaret) Foley.

A memorial service celebrating Marianne’s life will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 10:30 AM at Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 19 East Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA.

Friends may call on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the funeral home. 

Interment will be private.
