Obituary of Linda D. Scarano

Linda D. (Filopanti) Scarano, 77, of Royersford, PA passed away Monday, August 18, 2025.

She was born in Ardmore, PA on February 6, 1948, the daughter of Emeido and Florence (Louge) Filopanti.

Linda has been living in Royersford since 2020, formerly of Douglassville and Trooper.

She worked with Methacton School District.

She was the wife of John Scarano for over 55 years.

Survivors include Husband John Scarano of Royersford, Pa, Son John Scarano, Jr. of Royersford, Pa, Son Richard Scarano of Royersford, Pa, Brother Mark (Diane) Filopanti of Trappe, Pa, Sister Toni Smith of Royersford, Pa,  Granddaughter Courtney, and her Great Grandchildren Axel and Jaylynn.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a brother James Filopanti.

Her Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 10:30 AM from Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 West Main Street, Trappe, PA.

Friends may call on Tuesday morning from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home. 

Interment will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery, East Norriton, PA.
