Obituary of Tim Blanche, Jr.

Tim Blanche, age 66, of West Norriton, PA passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.

 

He was born in Norristown, PA on November 16, 1958, the son of the late Lawrence  T. and Helen (Reed) Blanche.

 

Tim was raised in the Norris Hills neighborhood of Norristown, PA.  He lived in West Conshohocken until he moved to West Norriton ten years ago.  Tim graduated from Bishop Kenrick High School in 1976.  He served as a member of the Upper Merion School Board for 8 years and was an active supporter of the Upper Merion Crew Team Booster.  He worked in Equipment Maintenance.  He was a car enthusiast and enjoyed repairing them.  

 

He is survived by two daughters, Bryton Blanche and Hailey Blanche; sister, Michele (Dick) Robbins; niece and Goddaughter, Kati Robbins, two nephews, Brian (Amanda) Robbins and Andrew (Alissa) Robbins; as well as six great nieces and nephews.  

 

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his baby brother, Patrick Blanche. 

 

His Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM from St. Eleanor's RC Church, 647 Locust Street, Collegeville, PA 19426.  Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday morning from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church.   Msgr. Brian Hennessy will celebrate the Mass.  

 

Interment will be private at a later date.   

 

Tim’s family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Main Line Hospice and his caregivers from C Sincere Home Healthcare for their support.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Patrician Society, 703 Green St., Norristown, PA 19401.
