Kenneth J. Hickey, age 80, of Plymouth Meeting, PA passed away on Monday, April 6, 2026.

He was born in Lancaster, PA on December 2, 1945, the son of the late Edward P. and Helen F. (Hamilton) Hickey.

Kenny has been living in Plymouth Meeting for 34 years, formerly of the Roxborough section of Philadelphia.  He enjoyed building legos, trains, gardening and fishing.  He loved spending time outdoors on his porch and especially at the beach in North Wildwood.  He was a Phillies and Eagles fan. 

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Mary B. Hickey; daughter, Tracy Ann (Michael D.) Galante; step son, Christopher (Amy) Hatfield; step daughter, Kimberly (Daniel) Szczypiorski; and six grandchildren, Carmine Louis and Dominic Michael Galante, Seth and Liam Hatfield, and River and Mackenzie Szczypiorski. 

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Hickey. 

His Memorial Service will be held on Friday, April 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 19 East Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401.  Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Friday morning from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
