Gary J. Shore, age 70, of Conshohocken, PA passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2026.

He was born in Bryn Mawr, PA on December 27, 1955, the son of the late James L. Shore, Sr. and the late Dorothy M. (Stewart) Shore. 

Gary has been living in Conshohocken for 40 years, formerly of West Conshohocken.  He enjoyed shooting darts, hunting (archery and shotgun) and fishing.  He enjoyed spending time in Sea Isle City, NJ.  He was a member of the Conshohocken Bocce Club.  He was an avid sports fan. 

Gary was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Navy.  During his time in the Navy, he lived in Italy for two years where he played football. 

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Lisa A. Shore (née Giangiulio) of Conshohocken; two  daughters, Nicole (Kent) Ellingson of Woodbury, NJ and Sara Shore (Chris Baglivo) of Woodbury, NK; two sisters, Betsy (Jami) Nolan of Montoursville, PA and Holly (Lewis) Hipkins of Gainesville, FL and brother, James Shore, Jr. (Dawn) of West Conshohocken.  He is also survived by nieces and nephews. 

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Dennis Shore and sister, Sherry Duff.

His Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428.  Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home.

Interment will take place at a later date in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.   

Memorial contributions may be made in his name to Disabled American Veterans.
