Charles Edward Furlong, Jr.  

Charles "Eddie" Furlong, Jr., 75, of Trappe, PA passed away Saturday, April 25, 2026. 

He was born in Norristown, Pa on February 7, 1951, the son of the late Charles E. and the late Elizabeth (Schwemmer) Furlong.

Ed has lived in Collegeville and Trappe most of his life, he was born and raised in Norristown, Pa.

He graduated from Bishop Kennrick High School, class of 1969.

Ed was an avid Philadelphia Sports fan especially the Philadelphia Eagles, and he enjoyed working and hanging out in his yard.

He worked with Methacton School District at the Senior High School. 

He was the husband of Paula F. ( Munafo) Furlong.

Survivors include Wife Paula Furlong of Trappe, Pa, Son Edward M. (Noelle) Furlong of Gilbertsville, Pa, also survived by his Granddaughters Everleigh and Aubrey and a Sister In Law Kathy Furlong of Mt. Penn, Pa.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers Greg Furlong and Gary Furlong.

His service and interment will be private.
