Carrie F. (White ) Williams, 77, of Blue Bell, PA passed away Monday, May 18, 2026. 


She was born in Terry, Mississippi on June 23, 1948. The daughter of the late Willie and the late Louella (Washington) White.


Carrie had been living in Blue Bell, PA, for the last year, formerly of East Norriton, PA and Plymouth Meeting, PA. Her studies, work, and family moved her to several places including Wichita, KS, Newark, NJ, Washington, DC, and London, England.


She earned her Undergraduate degree from Howard University and her Master’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University. She worked as a Clinical Psychologist in the Philadelphia area until retiring.


Carrie enjoyed spending time with family and friends, travel, music, reading, and watching MSNBC. She took pride in her homes and actively improving their appearance. Family and friends will remember her kind and giving nature.


She was preceded in death by her former husband Dr. Gregory Williams and her brother Ferrell Henry Brower, Jr.


Carrie was survived by her son, Dr. Eric A. Williams of Eagleville, PA, daughter, Dr. Ayasha Williams of Chevy Chase, MD, daughter, Michelle Bissol of Collegeville, PA, sister, Lurene White, sister, Paulette Brower, and by her grandchildren Kai Sharron, Jacob Bissol, Gabrielle Williams, Miles Sharron, Naya Bissol, and Logan Williams.


Her Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM from St. Eleanor's RC Church, 647 Locust Street, Collegeville, PA.


Friends may call on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the church. 


Interment will follow in Schwenksville Cemetery, Schwenksville, PA.
