She was a member of Plymouth Meeting Evangelical Congregational Church of Plymouth Meeting, Pa, where she was the organist for over 50 years. She voluntered with Montgomery Hospital and Einstein Hospital, and Colonial Neighborhood Council Meals on Wheels. Glen Arelene Sang with the Coloneers, Norristown Octave Club. and was a member of NERA ( Naval Enlisted Reserve Association), and Plymouth Meeting Historical Society

Glen Arlene Forsyth, 83, of Lafayette Hill, PA passed away on Thursday January 26, 2017. She was born in Norristown, PA on January 23, 1934. Glen Arlene has lived in Plymouth Meeting most of her life. She was a member of Plymouth Meeting Evangelical Congregational Church of Plymouth Meeting, Pa, where she was the organist for over 50 years. She volunteered with Montgomery Hospital and Einstein Hospital, and Colonial Neighborhood Council Meals on Wheels. Glen Arelene Sang with the Coloneers, and the Norristown Octave Club. She was a member of NERA ( Naval Enlisted Reserve Association), and Plymouth Meeting Historical Society. Daughter of the Late Ronald E. & Agnes ( Tillbrook ) Coder. Beloved wife of the late Duncan Forsyth, Jr. Survivors include her Son: D. Scott (& Jan) Forsyth Plymouth Meeting PA Daughter: Diane (& Robert) Limper Charleston SC Brother: Ronald (& Hope) Coder State College PA Also survived by 3 Grandchildren: Lynsay, Kelsey & Scott Along with her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a brother Eugene Coder. Her Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at 10:00 AM from the Plymouth Meeting Evangelical Congregational Church, 42 East Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462. Rev. Cameron Smith will be officiating. Friends may call on Monday Evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken and Tuesday Morning from 8:00 to 9:30 AM at the church. Interment will take place in George Washington Memorial Park, Plymouth Meeting, PA. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to: Plymouth Meeting Evangelical Congregational Church, 42 East Germantown Pike, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462.
