It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Gwendolyn Kearns, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. Gwendolyn passed away peacefully in Lafayette Hill, PA on September 15, 2024, just one week shy of her 89th birthday.

Gwendolyn was the devoted wife of Dennis Kearns, with whom she shared almost 60 joyful years of marriage. Together, they built a home filled with warmth, laughter, and unconditional love.

She was the proud and loving mother of two daughters Karolee (Ed) and Kimberly (Doug) and two sons Dennis, Jr. and Darren (Tiago). She was a super-grandma to her grandchildren Edward IV, Kali, Keri, Matthew and Tyler John (TJ) and greatgrandmom to Mila. Gwendolyn dedicated her life to her family. She loved attending her grandchildren's sporting events and was always involved in everyday life with every member of her family. She continually nurtured and was a great support to her children and grandchildren with endless compassion and guidance.

Creativity was a huge part of Gwen's world, from painting landscapes, sewing dresses and curtains/ slipcovers, cooking every kind of food and so much more. She had the energy of 10 mom’s and helped everyone in any way she could.

Gwendolyn's radiant smile and gentle nature brought comfort and happiness to all who crossed her path. Her presence in our lives was a gift, and while she will be deeply missed, her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

We welcome you to join friends and family at an open house tribute on October 13, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the home of Kim and Doug at 109 Keys Street, Conshohocken, PA. All who knew and loved Gwen are warmly invited to join in remembering and honoring a life well-lived.
