Juanita J. Lilick Obituary

Juanita J. Lilick

Juanita J. (Williams) Lilick,"Nan" as everyone knew her passed away peacefully in her loving home on January 8, 2025 surrounded by her granddaughter and grandson Amanda and Michael Bean whom she lived with for the past 6 years along with her great granddaughter Gracelyn.

Nan was the first born daughter of Daniel and Virginia (Lobb) Williams. She grew up in Philadelphia and attended school there with her three siblings Judith, Ginger and Danny.

She went on to marry Joseph Lilick and have 6 children. Over the years she was a home maker, a bartender and worked for Dickson Cast before her retirement in 2002.

Her biggest passion was her 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. She enjoyed seeing the select few of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren for Sunday dinners that were held weekly, birthdays, holidays and "just because" parties. Besides her family that she adored she would always talk about The Bridgeport Dragons. For years she was a cheerleader coach for the organization and it held a special place in her heart.

Juanita's children that she saw on a regular bases Beth (Mike) Hagan, Joan (Bob Rockett Sr) Lilick shared a wonderful bond. Her daughters Vikki Ruggiano and Debby Reigner also shared something special over the years as well.

In her final years she would enjoy going to the Outer Banks, having tea parties with her Gracelyn and listening to her play the saxophone, watching Hallmark, laughing at things her "Beanie" would say nightly while getting her ready for bed, waiting for her Charlie boy to walk in and give her a big hug, taking pictures with Morgan, having her nails painted by Lisa, arts and crafts with Rylee, watching Ashlynn run around, Sam and Wynn playing and Mason talking about football and she loved feeding snacks and hanging out with her grand fur baby Murphy. The list could go on and on. She truly loved her family and would do anything for them. Juanita was the rock of her family.

Along with her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a sister Virginia Sherman and a brother Daniel Williams.
