Obituary of Melissa M. Patrick

Melissa Marie Patrick, 26, of Pottstown, passed away on October 19, 2016 at her home. She was born in Phoenixville on December 25, 1989. Melissa is the beloved daughter of Barry and Terry (Diesinger) Patrick of Pottstown. Melissa attended Boyertown Schools and graduated from Agora Cyber Charter High School. Prior to moving to Pottstown, she lived in Skippack, Boyertown and Limerick. She had worked as a waitress at the Limerick Diner. In addition to her parents, Melissa is survived by her brother, Dustin Patrick; grandparents, Edward and Teresa Smith of Limerick; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins. Melissa was preceded in death by her grandparents, Eleanor and Alfonzo Patrick; and her grandfather, Raymond Diesinger. Her Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 West Main Street, Trappe, PA 19426. Friends may call on Sunday afternoon from 12:00 to 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Neurofibromatosis Network, 213 S.
