Obituary of Vangjush Nasi

Vangjush Nasi, 85, of Collegeville, PA passed away peacefully on November 13, 2016 at his family’s home in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. He was born in Korce, Albania on March 12, 1931 – the son of Anastasia and Gjika Nasi. He graduated from the French Lyceum in Korce and worked as a Financial Controller in a clothing manufacturer company for 30 years. He came to the United States with his family in the 1990’s. He loved opera music, soccer, history, and being with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Maria, his daughter Ana, his son-in-law Sam, and his grandchildren Christopher and James. He was preceded in death by his father Gjika, his mother Anastasia, and his sister Donika. His Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 11:00 AM from the Saint Sophia Greek Orthodox Church, 900 S. Trooper Road, Jeffersonville, PA 19403. Friends may call on Wednesday morning from 10:00 - 10:45AM at the Church. Interment will take place in St. Ann's Cemetery, Phoenixville.
