Obituary of John "Jack" Tierney

John "Jack" Tierney, 64, of Paradise Valley, AZ passed away on Monday December 26, 2016. He was born on October 7, 1952. Jack has been living in Paradise Valley, AZ since 1999. Jack moved to the Valley with the Dial Corporation and served as CFO of Dial and its successor, the Henkel Corporation. He was a native of Conshohocken, PA. He served in the US Air Force Reserves for 10 years, held CPA designation and received an MBA from Temple University. He was a member of the Dean's Council of the Fox School of Business of Temple University. Jack enjoyed golfing, working out and sailing the San Diego Bay. He will be missed by all. Son of the late Rita (Costello) Tierney and John F. Tierney, Jr. Survivors include his Wife: Gwen Tierney Paradise Valley AZ Son: John Tierney Chicago IL Brother of Michael (&Sue) Tierney, Betsy Radick, Pat (& John) Davis and Rita Marie (& Glen Berger) Tierney. His Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 10:30 AM at the St. Matthew's RC Church, Third & Fayette Streets, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Friends may call on Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
