Born in Wind Gap Pa, she was a daughter of the Late Charles A. and Anna S. (Schlamb) Sandt. She was raised in Nazareth,Pa. and she was a graduate of Nazareth High School, class of 1952. She was a graduate of Syracuse University and she attened the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She was employed as a manager with verizon of Philadelphia, retiring in 1988 after 34 years of service. Apon her retirement she joined H & R Block so she could helppeople Navigate thier tax preparation. She was a member and active with Gulph United Church of Christ where she served as a Trustee, Deacon, Church Treasurer and sang with the Chior. An avid reader and counted Cross Stitcher, she enjoyed fishing and helping others. Interment for Janet will be Private. A Memorial service for her will be held at a future date.
