Leon J. "Ding" Lesniewski, Sr., 83, of Conshohocken, PA passed away on Tuesday February 28, 2017. He was born in Conshohocken, PA on April 17, 1933. Leon has lived in Conshohocken most of his life. He was a member of St. Mary's RC Church. He worked with Vy-Cal Plastic of Conshohocken, PA. He was a member of T K Club of Conshohocken, PA. Son of the late John & Mary Lesniewski. Beloved husband of the late Martha Ann (Hasher) Lesniewski. Survivors include his Son: Leon (& Monica Cooley) Lesniewski, Jr. Lafayette Hill PA Son: Mark (& Barbara Grabowski) Lesniewski Conshohocken, PA Daughter: Marsha (& Michael) Owens Conshohocken PA Sister: Jane Hahn Venice FL Sister: Sabina Cappelli Plymouth Meeting PA Also survived by 5 grandchildren Amanda McGylnn, Mark Lesniewski, Michael Ownes, Ashley Owens & Nicholas Lesniewski and 2 great grandchildren John Michael McGlynn Madison Lesniewski. Along with his wife and parents he was preceded in death by 2 brothers Edmond Lesniewski & Walter "Wupa" Lesniewski and 2 sisters Helen Brodzik & Wanda Topolski. His Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 6, 2017 at 10:00 AM from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Family is asking everyone to wear their favorite Philadelphia Sports Jersey to Leon's service. Friends may call on Monday morning from 8:30 to 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home.
