Obituary of Jacqueline Kay Fioravanti

Jacqueline Kay Fioravanti, a resident in Conshohocken, passed away at her home in Plymouth Twp. with her loving family at her side on Friday, February 15, 2013. She was 19 years old. She was born Nov. 5, 1993, in Philadelphia. She was the daughter of John S. "Jack" and Sharon Kay (McCloskey) Fioravanti of Conshohocken. She is also survived by her sister, Samantha Lee Fioravanti of Conshohocken; her brother, John M. Fioravanti of Conshohocken; her grandmothers, Patricia (Bisciotti) Fioravanti and Mary Ann (Zawislak) McCloskey; her uncle, Jerry (Maria Stanczak) Fioravanti; her aunts, Mari Lee McCloskey, Jo Ellen (Jerry) Paldino and Terri Lynne (Rob) Wuller; and many cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Angelo Fioravanti and Joseph F. McCloskey. Jacqueline lived most of her life in Plymouth Twp., Pa. She was a member of St. Philip Neri R.C. Church of Lafayette Hill, Pa., where she graduated from St. Philip Neri Grade School. She was also a graduate of Merion Mercy Academy, Class of 2012. At Merion, Jacqueline was a member of the campus ministry, Merion Mercy Music Theater, the glee club and the choir. She was also a member of Plymouth Soccer. She was attending St. Joseph's University, where she was a member of the choir and Koinonia. Jacqueline studied at the LeRoux School of Dance and performed with Upper Darby Summer Stage. She was a member of Adolescent and Young Adult Steering Committee at CHOP and was the inspiration for Team Jacqueline Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Parkway Run. Her funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday February 19, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Philip Neri R.C. Church, 437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444. Friends may call on Monday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Moore, Snear & Ruggerio Funeral Home, 300 Fayette St., Conshohocken, PA 19428. Interment will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Cheltenham, Pa.
