Francis has been living in Lansdale, Pa for the last 5 years, formerly of East Norriton, Pa He was a member of St. Paul's RC Church, where he was a longtime usher. He served in the US Navy during World War II, where he received the AmericanArea Medal and the World War II Victory Medal. Francis worked with General Motors, Wilke Buick, Harleysville Insurance and after retiring he worked with Wissahickon School District.
