Kenneth L. Orner, age 87 of East Norriton, died Friday, July 27, 2012 in Penn Hospital Hospice at Rittenhouse of Philadelphia. Hisband of the late Eleanor (Grady) Orner. Born in Harrisburg on November 6, 1924, son of the late Margaret (Scott) and John M. Orner. Mr. Orner has lived in East Norriton for the last 50 years, formerly of Ambler and Norristown. He was a member of St. Titus RC Church of East Norriton. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II where he received Good Conduct Medal, World War II Victory Medal, and Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal. He worked as a master plumber with Ambrose & augusterfer. Kenneth is survived by daughters, Kathleen Orner of Norristown, Patricia Orner of East Norritow and Mary Ann (steve) Sciutto of Hatfield; sons, Kanneth G. (Janice) Orner of West Norriton, John E. (Jane) Orner of Paoli and Timothy J. (Karen) Orner of Harleysville; sister, Alice M. Barszowski of North Wales. Also survived by eight grandchildren. His Funeral Mass will be held On Tuesday July 31, 2012 at 11:00 AM from the St. Titus RC Church 3006 Keenwood Road, East Norriton. Clergy: Fr. Thomas Kletzel officiating. Friends may call Monday 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday 9 to 10:15 a.m. at the Moore & Snear Funeral Home 19 East Germantown Pike East Norriton. Interment Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken.
