Jennie M. Stapleton, 88 of Eagleville passed away Sunday March 3, 2013 at Meadows at Shannondell of Lower Providence, Pa. She was the wife of the late Thomas J. Stapleton.Born on August 22, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Mario and Olive (Strausser) Marconi. Jennie was born and raised in Bloomsburg, Pa. and lived in Eagleville and East Norriton most of her life. She worked as a registered nurse with Norristown State Hospital where she ran the Alcohol Program. Jennie enjoyed reading, knitting, crocheting, traveling and most enjoyed spending time with family especially her grandchildren.She is survived by daughter Brenda (Dale) Deitterick of Sanford, Fla., son J. Marc (Susan) Stapleton of Eagleville, Pa., step daughter Linda (Don) McMillan of Yardley, Pa., brothers Elmer "Mac" Marconi and Ronald Marconi of Bloomsburg, Pa., six grandchildren Annemarie Burke, Krystal Billig, Leslie and Brian Deitterick, Michael and Haleigh Stapleton, and her great grandchildren.Along with her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a son Donald Billig, Jr.Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home 19 East Germantown Pike, East NorritonClergy: Fr.
