Obituary of Cathy M. Brown

Cathy M. Brown of Collegeville, Pa. passed away Saturday, March 30 at her home in Collegeville with her loving family by her side. She was 57. Born in Trenton, N.J. on April 7, 1955, Cathy has lived in Collegeville, Pa. since 1991, formerly of Trooper, Pa. She was a member of The Church of St. Mary in Schwenksville, Pa. Cathy was a graduate of Methacton High School class of 1973 and then worked as Worker's Comp Claim Supervisor with EMC Insurance Company Valley Forge Office in Pottstown, Pa. She enjoyed beading and traveling to the Western United States. S he is survived by her husband, Steven E. Brown of Collegeville; two daughters, Erin Kovacic of King of Prussia and Janet Kovacic of Pottstown; a brother, Garry Muhs of Cape Canaveral, Fla.; and an aunt, Emma Morichelli of Coco Beach, Fla. Cathy was predeceased by her parents, Elmer and Tosca (Morichelli) Muhs. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. from The Church Of St. Mary, 40 Spring Mount Road, Schwenksville, PA 19473. Fr. Charles J. McElroy will be officiating. Friends may call on Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 10:45 A.M. at the Church. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to American Cancer Society , 700 Horizon Circle, Suite 201, Chalfont, PA 18914.
