M. Lenore Phipps, age 77, of Plymouth Meeting, died Monday, October 14, 2013 in Crossroad Hospice at Meadow Springs in Plymouth Meeting. Wife of John F. Phipps, Sr. Born in Norristown, PA on July 21, 1936, daughter of the late Dorothy M. (Geisinger) and Vaughan E. Reigner. Lenore has lived in Plymouth Meeting for 55 years, formerly of Conshohocken. She was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord RC Church of Plymouth Meeting. Growing up she was a member and very active with St. Mark's Lutheran Church. She worked as a nurse with Sacred Heart Hospital, various doctors, and retired from Plymouth Pediatrics. She was a member of Harmonville Ladies Auxiliary and served as Past President. She volunteered her time and talents with Pre Canna & Marriage Education. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Jeff (Bethanne) Phipps of Roxboro; daughters, Donna M. (Ed) Strum of Plymouth Meeting, Rebekah (Joseph) Picard of Conshohocken, Elisabeth (Rocco) Cione of Plymouth Meeting; brother, Vaughan (Missy) Reigner of Marshalls Creek, PA, and Warren (Donna) Reigner of Norristown. Also survived by 10 grandchildren. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 18, 2013 at 10:30 A.M. from the Epiphany of Our Lord RC Church, 3050 Walton & Township Line Road, Plymouth Meeting. Clergy: Fr. Joseph J. Quindlen and Fr. Joseph J. Kelly officiating. Friends may call Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken and Friday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. at the Church. Interment George Washington Memorial Park, Plymouth Meeting.
