Obituary of Joan E. Brodowski

Joan Brodowski, 82, of Collegeville, PA and formerly of Eagleville, PA passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2014 at Phoenixville Hospital. Born in Conshohocken PA on January 11, 1932, she was attending St. Eleanor's RC Church of Collegeville, Pa for the last 5 years, and a former member of Visitation BVM RC Church of Trooper, PA where she was also a member of the Adoration Committee. Joan was a homemaker and had also worked with Genuardi's Super Market in Eagleville & Jeffersonville for over 20 years. Joan enjoyed being a homemaker and gardening and most enjoyed spending time with her family. Survivors include her daughters: Diane (& Barry) Laverty of Audubon, PA, Lauren Kamposh of Northville, MI, and Jennifer (& John) Dawson of Collegeville, PA; sons: Thomas (& Sharon) Brodowski of East Berlin, PA, and Edward (& Marta) Brodowski of Bear, DE; also survived by 18 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles R. Brodowski, along with her parents, Edward Dybicz and Stephanie. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at 10:00 AM from St. Eleanor's RC Church, 647 Locust Street, Collegeville, Pa 19426. Friends may call on Wednesday Morning from 9:00 to 9:45 AM at the Church. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
