Virginia has lived in Pottstown most of her life. She was born in Philadelphia, Pa and moved to Pottstown as a young girl. She was the Tax Collector with Upper Pottsgove Twp., and had also worked with Systematic Inventories Virginia enjoyed Traveling, Playing Volleyball and Tennis and she most enjoyed spending time with her family
