Mr. Hines has lived in Plymouth Meeting, Pa since 1964, formerly of Lansdowne, Pa Upper Darby, Pa , Philadelphia, Pa and Harrisburg, Pa where he was born He was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord RC Church of Plymouth Meeting, Pa Graduate of LaSalle College and Temple Law School He served in the US Army during World War II He was an Accountant and Attorney and the Owner of Hijop Meats formerly of the Germantown section of Philadelphia, Pa Louis was a member of Knights of Columbus, American Legion, and was active with local politics
