Mother,
Thank you for those fun nights watching watching wrestling with you and ordering pizza
Thank you for being there when tiger got lost in the snow for 2 weeks and you woke me up to tell me he came home
Thank you for being there so many times I’ve made mistakes
Thank you for teaching me the values of morality and ethics when so many few had them
Thank you for standing up for me so many times (even sometimes when you shouldn’t have)
Thank you for giving me a place to call home when I almost had none
Thank you for not judging me when I did not choose to go down the beaten path
Finally Thank you for showing me how to be strong (though I’m not doing the greatest job of it right now with you gone)
