Obituary of Rachel Grace Davis

Rachel Grace (Jenkins) Davis, 59, of King Of Prussia, PA passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 5, 2015, with her family by her side, at Einstein Montgomery Medical Center. A homemaker, Rachel has been residing in King of Prussia, Pa since 1981. She previously resided in the Norristown area. She was the loving wife of 35 years of Carroll E. Davis Sr. Born in Norristown, Pa. on September 14, 1955, she was a daughter of the late Raymond & Nadine (Haines) Jenkins. She was a member of Hawes Avenue United Methodist Church in Norristown. She enjoyed Crossword Puzzles and collecting Salt and Pepper Shakers. She also enjoyed her cats and her Rose Garden. She was an avid sports fan and she enjoyed following the Phillies & all the Philadelphia sports teams. She was also a fan of NASCAR Racing. She also enjoyed volunteering with the local Girl Scouts. Besides her husband, she is survived by her: Son: Carroll E. (Nicole) Davis Jr., Daughter: Rachel (Gerard) Donaghy, Daughter: Dorothea Davis, Grandchildren: Christopher & Santiago, Brother: Edward Jenkins, Brother: Richard Jenkins, Sister: Evelyn Grantham, Sister: Eleanore Rozinski, Sister: Blanche Averell. She is also survived by several Nieces & Nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother John Jenkins and her sister Edna Chrin. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Rachel's Funeral Service on Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 8:00 PM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, Pa 19428. Clergy: The Rev. Ricky Ayala officiating. Friends may call on Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
