Obituary of Garry James Cap

Garry James Cap, age 65 years, of Wilmington, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday December 1, 2018.

Garry was born in Bridgeport, CT on Saturday, April 18, 1953, son of the late Walter and the late Armenia ( Curci ) Cap. 

He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Albany Law School.

Garry was admitted to bar in New York State.

He last worked as a Vice President with TD bank in Philadelphia, PA, before TD Bank he had worked with Wells Fargo Bank, Wachovia Bank, Liberty Bank, HSBC Bank and Marine Midland Bank.

He enjoyed golfing, reading and skiing.  He was a member of The DuPont Country Club, an Eagle Scout and a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity at RPI.

Garry is survived by his wife Dr. Dorothy M. Moore of Wilmington, and their children Jonathan James Cap and Emily Marian Cap also of Wilmington, DE.

Viewing will be held on Monday, December 10, 2018 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at McCrery & Harra Funeral Home, 3924 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE. 

His interment will be at 12 Noon on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at St. Mary's Cemetery of Glens Falls, NY.
