Obituary of Vincent M. Caruso

Vincent M. Caruso, "Jimmy", age 70, of Havertown, PA passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018.

He was born in Philadelphia, PA on March 2, 1948, a son of the late Vincent and Gilda (Flacche) Caruso.  In life Jimmy was a devoted family man to his three children, five grandchildren and spouse. He guided his children in their youth and befriended them as adults.  He adored his five grandchildren and showered them with attention, playful banter, and helpful lessons.  He cherished his spouse, siblings, parents, and extended family members.  He made friends with ease and willingly shared his time, his warmth, and kind words with everyone that he encountered.  He was loyal to family and friends while willingly giving his time and resources to those in need.  In the afterlife, Jimmy will live on in our hearts and forever present in our thoughts.  He will surely be missed but never forgotten.

Survivors include his beloved wife, Melissa A. (Paquette) Caruso of Havertown; two sons, Michael ( & Lisa) Caruso of Pittsburg, CA and Thomas (& Cynthia) Caruso of Malvern, PA; daughter, Lorain Caruso of San Francisco, CA; sister, Bernadette Melvin of Swarthmore, PA; as well as five grandchildren, Vincent, Bella, Anthony, Matteo and Gabriella.  Along with his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by four siblings, Rosalie Caruso, Domenic Caruso, Mary Everhart and Anthony Caruso.
