We always think we have more time and then something like this happens and reminds us that life is short. You were a significant part of more than half of my life. Even in the distance, even in the lapse of time since we last talked, you always remained a part of my heart. Fell, I definitely thought we would have more time. I never even considered that wouldn’t be an option. You were very special to everyone who loved you. Thank you for the unswerving reliability of your smile, your shoulder squeeze, your laugh and your hug. I’m sorry we didn’t have more time and we didn’t get to share this last half of our lives. I’ll always miss you my dear friend. Rest easy up there. Your light will forever shine bright.

Jamie and I worked at CCP in the Office of the VP for Planning and Finance for nearly 13 years. I would enjoy listening to Jamie as he spoke warm-heartedly about his family, especially his nephews, Cody and Cole. We had the pleasure to share the same birthday on December 17. My heart and prayers go out to his loving family and to Heather. Rest in peace, dear Jamie. You hold a special place in our hearts.

Jamie,
you were the first kid I met when we moved to Kormar Road. We were neighbors, friends, teammates. We played more sports and other games than we can ever actually remember. Summertime bike rides to the Kmart trails, baseball, street hockey in the middle of winter, house parties, etc. We had a lifetime of fun growing up all the way through high school.
My deepest condolences to you, Heather, mom and dad, Lisa, and your entire family. I was hoping we could catch up over some cheesesteaks when I came home later in May. I’ll say my goodbyes to you when I get home.
A piece of my childhood slipped away w you. For that I am gutted. But I am grateful for your friendship, our fb chats about the Eagles and top ten cheesesteaks and sandwich lists. Trust me, I read it on occasion bc I can’t find a decent sandwich or hoagie anywhere in Santa Barbara or California for that matter.
May you find peace and happiness upstairs. I won’t ever forget you my man.
Love you brother,
Kilho Park
