Francis has been living in Sanatoga, Pa for the last year formerly of Florida where he lived for 10 years, Norristown and Morgantown where he raised his family and West Philadelphia, Pa where he was born and raised He was a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta of Schwenksville, Pa and a former member of St. Benedict's RC Church of Reading Francis was a Graduate of the former St. Thomas More High School, class of 1952 Before retiting he worked with Philadelphia Electric Company at the Ardmore Service Building for 39 years
