Obituary of Barbara S. Tancini

Barbara S. Tancini, age 82, passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2019.

She was born in Norristown, PA on March 2, 1937, the daughter of the late Anthony and Ann (Sosiak) Sivick.

Barbara was a lifelong resident of Conshohocken and member of the former SS. Cosmas and Damian RC Church.  She worked as a bookkeeper.  

Barbara enjoyed summers at the Jersey Shore, and had a true love for animals. She was devoted to her family and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.  

She is survived by two sons, Anthony (Anne Marie) Tancini of Plymouth Meeting and George (Maribeth) Tancini of Audubon; as well as eight grandchildren, Mark, Tara (Timothy) Murray, Christopher (Sarah), Ryan (Lauren), Devon, Adam, Molly, and Halle.  She is also survived by four great grandchildren, McKenna, Madison, Chase and Lucas.  

Along with her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her son, Richard Tancini and brother, Donald Sivick.   

Her Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at 10:30 AM from St. Matthew's RC Church, 219 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428.

Friends may call on Thursday morning from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Church. 

Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken.
