Robert C. Hartley, Jr., 68, of Conshohocken, PA passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2020.

He was born in Philadelphia, PA on October 4, 1951, the son of the late Robert C. and Margaret E. ( Paul ) Hartley.

RC has been living in Conshohocken for the last year, formerly of Norristown, PA.

He was a Manager with Liberty Roofing Co..

He served in the Navy.

His survivors include Son Robert Hartley, III of Plymouth Meeting, Sister Paula Longo of Whitemarsh, Brother George "Skip" Hartley of FL, Brother James Lee Hartley of Newtown, Brother Keith Hartley of FL, Brother Stephen Hartley of FL, his girlfriend Mary Ratoskey of Conshohocken, Also survived by many cousins, nieces & nephews.

His service and interment will be private.
