Obituary of Victoria Rita Marra

Victoria Rita Marra, age 84, of Bensalem, PA passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at her daughter's home in Plymouth Meeting, PA.

She was born in Philadelphia, PA on February 8, 1936, the daughter of the late Thomas and Maria (Averta) Tenuto.

Victoria was raised in South Philadelphia and later moved to Conshohocken, PA where she resided until moving to Bensalem, where she has lived for the past 50 years.  She was a faithful Catholic and parishioner of St. Ephrem RC Church in Bensalem.  She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America.    

She was the beloved wife of the late Michael R. Marra.

Survivors include two daughters, Dr. Paulina Marra-Powers (& Thomas Powers) of Plymouth Meeting, PA and Maria (& Salvatore) Arvonio of Mt. Laurel, NJ;

three grandchildren, Michael Marra-Powers, Victoria Pierfy and Francesca Fischer;

and two great grandchildren, Domenic Francis Fischer and Lily Victoria Pierfy.  

Along with her husband and parents, brother Peter John Tenuto.  

Her Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 11:00 AM in St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.

Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Monday, June 29, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428 and on Tuesday morning from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church.

The family asks that everyone wears a mask and aheres to social distancing guidelines at the viewing and funeral.  

Interment will take place in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem, PA.
