Buck has been living in Schwenksville for 20 years, formerly of Skippack, Limerick, Bridgeport, and Conshohocken, where he was born and raised. He was a Shriner and member of Warren Lodge No. 310 F & A M of Collegeville. He was a volunteer fireman with the Perkiomen Township Fire Company and also volunteered with Skippack Ambulance. Buck was a talented builder, collected copper as a hobby, and enjoyed archery. He loved to cook for others, even for his dogs whom he loved. Above all, Buck freely gave of himself to his family and friends and loved to help others. His greatest joy was spending time with his beloved nine great grandchildren.

Obituary of Raymond D. Diesinger

Raymond D. "Buck" Diesinger, 75, of Schwenksville, PA passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center.

He was born in Conshohocken, PA on May 19, 1940 to the late Donald and Dorothy (Freas) Diesinger.

 

Buck has been living in Schwenksville for 20 years, formerly of Skippack, Limerick, Bridgeport, and Conshohocken, where he was born and raised. He was a Veteran, serving in the Army National Guard. He was a Shriner and member of Warren Lodge No. 310 F & A M of Collegeville. He was a volunteer fireman with the Perkiomen Township Fire Company and also volunteered with Skippack Ambulance. Buck was a talented builder, collected copper as a hobby, and enjoyed archery. He loved to cook for others, even for his dogs that he loved. Above all, Buck freely gave of himself to his family and friends and loved to help others. His greatest joy was spending time with his beloved nine great grandchildren.

 

Survivors include his son, Donald (Susan) Diesinger of Schwenksville; daughter, Terry (Barry) Patrick of Coventry; daughter, Linda (Todd) Fulmer of Schwenksville; sister, Dorothy Diesinger; and three brothers, Russell Ronald and Richard Diesinger. Buck is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Buck was preceded in death by his wife, Diane Diesinger; brother, Robert Diesinger; and his baby sister.

 

His Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 10:30 AM at Trinity Christian United Church of Christ, 2009 Church Road, Skippack, PA 19474. Friends may call on Thursday from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church.

 

Interment will take place in Trinity Christian UCC Cemetery.
