Obituary of Lida L. McManus
Lida L. ( Hallman ) McManus, 83, of Collegeville, PA passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2021.
She was born in Norristown, Pa on January 7, 1938, the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Lucille ( Miller ) Hallman.
Lida had been living in Collegeville, where she was a resident of the Landing. Formally she was a resident of Douglassville and Rehoboth, DE.
She was a graduate of Norristown High School. She had a number of jobs. Her favorite being a Pre School Assistant for Lower Providence Presbyterian Church.
Lida enjoyed gardening and art and had a deep love for all animals. But most of all she loved being G'Mama to her five grandchildren.
She was the wife of late Frank McManus.
Survivors include, Son Mark (& Tamara) McManus of Limerick, Daughter Suzanne (& William) Basile of Trappe, Son David McManus of Phoenixville, Brother Joseph Hallman of Rehoboth, DE and also survived by her grandchildren Bryce, Brayden, Bode, Maggie and Kiera.
Along with her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a brother Harry Hallman.
Her Memorial will be held Monday, March 15, 2021 at 10:30 AM from Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 West Main Street, Trappe, PA.
Friends may call on Monday, March 15, 2021 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the funeral home.
Interment will be private.
