Obituary of Marie B. Czajkowski

Marie B. Czajkowski, age 88, of Conshohocken, PA passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021 at her home.

She was born in Conshohocken, PA on May 11, 1933, the daughter of the late Frank and Sadie (Rykowska) Choinski.

Marie was a lifelong resident of Conshohocken and member of the former St. Mary's RC Church.  She was currently a parishioner of Sacred Heart RC Church of Swedesburg.  Marie was active in the St. Mary's Mothers' Guild and Parent-Teacher Association.  She was a faithful Catholic and was privileged to have an audience with Pope John Paul II.  She had a special devotion to the Bernadine Sisters and was the hairdresser for the Sisters.  

Marie loved to polka dance with her husband "Johnny" and traveled as far as Hawaii with him and many friends to vacation and dance.  They could be found quite frequently at the TK Club or in younger days at the Polish Eagles Club.  Marie also enjoyed going to the Jersey Shore for vacations with her friends and family and loved walking on the boardwalk. 

Marie was the wife of the late John  Henry Czajkowski.

She is surived by her son, Michael (& Karen) Czajkowski of Dublin, PA;

daughter, Karen (& Michael) Fondots of Conshohocken, PA;

daughter, Joan (& Richard) Hylinski of Collegeville, PA;

son, Mark Czajkowski of Conshohocken, PA;

and sister, Theresa Lenczewski of Norristown, PA.

She is also survived by three grandchildren, John (& Sarah) Fondots, Benjamin Hylinski, and Andrea Fondots (& Kevin Zazycki); many nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.  

Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428.

Her Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 10:30 AM from Sacred Heart RC Church, 120 Jefferson St., Swedesburg, PA 19405.

Interment will take place in St. Benedict Cemetery, Conshohocken, PA.
