Jim and Elaine were our neighbors in Norristown for 29 years, from the day we brought our daughter Lisa home. Jim was kind, generous, loving and fun. He was a great friend and a wonderful neighbor. Bob and I spent every Christmas Eve at the Bistok family Christmas party with their friends, Jim's daughters and their families. Lisa and our son Jon looked forward to being with all the grandchildren and the special guest, Santa.
Jim was a loving father to his 5 daughters, and a devoted husband to Elaine. Bob and I were lucky to have them as friends and especially enjoyed being part of their lives and witnessing their happy marriage. We have missed them since we moved away from PA.
I will always have a piece of Jim in my heart. I will remember his smile and his warm friendship. I am sorry he is gone, for Elaine and all his family and friends, but I hope they also carry his love in their hearts. That is Jim's gift to us.

Jim and Elaine have been our best friends for over three decades. When we first met Jim, we knew that Elaine had found someone who was truly special and would be Elaine’s life time partner. He was so much fun to be around. Jim was the master of “Fine Dining”
As a professional salesperson, Jim build lasting relationships with his customers because of sincere dedication to meeting the customers needs and wants. No request was ever too much to fulfill and Jim over time could always find a solution.
As a Dad, husband, and family man no one has ever shared their unconditional love as much as Jim Bistok. Jim loved to do projects around the house and there was nothing he could not do. A better way to say this might be that Jim would take on any project no matter how difficult and supervise Ron to get it done.
Elaine, may our thoughts and memories of Jim and our love for you offer you some comfort at this most difficult time.
