Obituary of Pasquale M. Capobianco

Pasquale M. “Pat” Capobianco, 82, of Bridgeport, PA passed away peacefully on Friday, October 22, 2021 at home. 

A lifelong Bridgeport resident, Pat was the loving husband of 55 years of the late Elizabeth ( Bale ) Capobianco.

Born in Norristown, PA on January 4, 1939, he was the son of the late Carlo & Rosamaria ( Ferracane ) Capobianco.

He was a retired electrician for Lee Tires and Simpson Paper Company.

He was a member of Sacred Heart Parish in Bridgeport and a past member of the former St. Augustine’s Catholic Church of Bridgeport. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Holy Family Council #3327 Bridgeport Pa, Bridgeport Little League, Roxborough Coin Club, Upper Merion Senior Center and Santa's Helper.

He was a graduate of Norristown High School.

Pat was a U.S. Army veteran.

Pat's hobbies included bird watching, bingo, gameshows & western tv, playing cards, puzzles and coloring. He most enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, his family pets and going to the boardwalk.

Pat is survived by son Michael (& Deborah); daughter Margaret; daughter Rosemarie (& David) Grater; son Joseph (& Teresa); son Patrick "PJ"; son Christopher (& Lynn); grandchildren Madelyn, Jacob, Darian, Evelyn, Maya, Joshua, Nicholas, Ryan, Aidan, Eric, Dana; five great grandchildren; sister Lucy Damiani; brothers Carl & Rocco Capobianco.

He was preceded in death by his brother Joseph Capobianco.

His Memorial Mass will be held Friday, December 3, 2021 at 10:30 AM from Sacred Heart Church, 120 Jefferson Street, Bridgeport, PA.

Friends may call on Friday, December 3, 2021 from 9:00 to 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Church, 120 Jefferson Street, Bridgeport, PA.

Interment will take place in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, PA.
