Obituary of Barbara L. Carbone-Padworny

Barbara L. (Melchiorre) Carbone-Padworny, 81, of Conshohocken, PA passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021. 

She was born in Jeffersonville, Pennsylvania on November 7, 1939, the daughter of the late Albert and the late Mary (Bruno) Melchiorre.

Barbara has lived in Conshohocken for over 20 years, formerly of Lower Providence.

She was a member of Visitation BVM RC Church and the former St. Mary's RC Church.

Barbara graduated from Mount St. Joseph's Academy of Flourtown, Pa.

Barbara was known for her youthful spirit and enjoyed traveling, collecting dolls, decorating for every  holiday, her love for dogs, especially German Shepherds, and spending time with her family. She was a Receptionist with Spring Mill Manor.  

She was the wife of the late Carmen Carbone and survived by her second husband Joseph Padworny. 

Survivors include Husband Joseph Padworny of Conshohocken, Son Michael (& Kim) Carbone of Schwenksville, Daughter Maria (& Brian) Smith of Pottstown, Grandsons Nicholas Carbone, Eric DuBree and Hunter Smith, Step Daughter Amanda Hutton of Texas, and Step Son Robert Padworny of Conshohocken. 

Along with her first husband and parents she was preceded in death by her grandson Justin Carbone.

Her Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 10:30 AM from Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA.

Friends may call on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the funeral home. 

Interment will take place in St. Patrick Cemetery, East Norriton, PA.
