William A. Guess  

William A. Guess, 69, of Plymouth Meeting, PA passed away peacefully Saturday, November 6, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Nancy (Gradwell) Guess, for 42 years. He was born in Robinson, IIllinois on March 5, 1952, to the late William G. and Maureen J.  (King) Guess.  Bill has resided in Plymouth Meeting since 1986, formerly of Carmel, Indiana and Cypress, Texas.

“Big Bill” was Owner/President of Guess Associates Inc. for over 35 years! Dad always said, “there is no man with Endurance, like the man who sells Insurance” and boy was he brilliant, especially in the Insurance Industry.  Bill received his Bachelor's Degree in Management- Marketing Science from St. Joseph's University and is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter Society of Financial Service Professionals.

Dad was also known as "Papi". He loved his Wife, Children and Grandchildren dearly. Spending holidays, birthdays, events, dinners and get togethers with his children and grandchildren, were his most cherished moments.  His grandeur presence, love, laughter, jokes and infectious smile will be so greatly missed by them all. He enjoyed traveling and all sports, especially golf.  Dad was also a very passionate mentor and teacher, in sports (specifically basketball) and Insurance Industry.  Bill was a member of Plymouth Country Club for over 20 years and was so fortunate, to have traveled the world, playing on the many incredible golf courses across the country, with dear friends and colleagues. 

 In addition to his wife Nancy, Bill is survived by his 5 children, Daughter Teresa (Andrew) Bush of Springfield, Pa, Daughter Jaclyn (Ron) Phillips of Garnett Valley, Pa, Son William (Jeana) Guess of Plymouth Meeting, Pa, Son Nicholas (Danielle) Guess of Conshohocken, Pa, Daughter Dana Guess of Conshohocken, Pa, his 16 Grandchildren Justin, Jillian, Ronald, Jack, Maryn, Anjolina, Bella, Italia, Giuliana, William, Giavanna, Lucciana, Nicholas, Santino, Lorenzo and Vienna, and his brother Terry Guess of Bridgeton, NJ. He was predeceased by his sister Rebecca Guess of Bridgeton, NJ.                                                                              

Friends may call on Friday, November 12, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the funeral home.

His Funeral Services will be held Friday, November 12, 2021 at 10:30 AM from Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA. With pastor Drew Angus from Church of the Saviour Church of Wayne, Pa.
