Obituary of Joseph S. Winkowski

Joseph S. Winkowski, age 83, of East Norriton, PA passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022.

He was born in Philadelphia, PA, the son of the late Joseph A. and Helen Winkowski.

Joe has been living in East Norriton since 2012, formerly of the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, where he was a parishioner of St. Bernard RC Church.  Currently a parishioner of St. Helena Church of Blue Bell, Joe was a Third Degree Knight of Columbus with St. Helena Council #14210.  

He was a proud graduate of Northeast Catholic High School for Boys, Class of 1956 and earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from DrexelUniversity.  

He enjoyed playing golf with his life-long pals, pool, and more recently, bocce.  He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.  

He honorably served in the U.S. Army National Guard.

He is survived by his wife, Joan, of East Norriton; two sons, David (& Ann) Winkowski of Blue Bell and Dan (& Beth) Winkowski of Thornton; brother, Ronald (& Betty) Winkowski of Dahlonega, GA;  five grandchildren, Matthew, Alex, Claire, Ben and Evelyn; brother-in-law, Tom Kuliczkowski (& Brigitte), nieces, nephews, and many cousins.

His Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 31, 2022 at 11: 00 AM at St. Helena RC Church, 1489 DeKalb Pike, Blue Bell, PA 19422.

Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Monday morning from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church. Masks are requested.

Interment will take place in St. Patrick Cemetery, East Norriton, PA
