Obituary of Betty Jane Bauman

Betty Jane Bauman, age 82, of Schwenksville, PA passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2022.

 

She was born in Collegeville, Pennsylvania on August 31, 1939, the daughter of the late Anthony and Veronica (Cox) Muche.

 

Betty Jane has been living in Schwenksville for 23 years, formerly of Worcester, PA.  She was a parishioner of St. Mary's RC Church of Spring Mount and a former parishioner of St. Teresa of Avila RC Church of Audubon.  Betty Jane worked many years in the payroll department of Pierce Leahy, now Iron Mountain in Collegeville, PA.  She also was a Bookkeeper for Blue Tree Landscaping Inc in Skippack, PA.  She enjoyed going to the casino, shopping and spending quality time she called "memee days" with her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.  They were the joy of her life and she would always say "you are my sunshine".

 

She is survived by two daughters, Donna Ganley (& Sam Paolella) of West Norriton and Diane (& Michael) Krasley of Upper Providence;

son, Rick Bauman, Jr. of  Schwenksville;
sister, Margaret Peck of Sacramento, CA;

eight grandchildren, Tara (& Michael) Germana, James Ganley, III, Michael P. (& Brieanne) Krasley, Matthew (& Shannon) Ganley, Kevin Krasley (& Kelly Romberger), Ryan (& Kaela) Krasley, Lynnsay Bauman and Brittany Bauman;

and six great grandchildren, Hannah, Madison, Natalie, Michael M., Averiana and Raelyn. 

 

Along with her parents, Betty Jane was preceded in death by her brother, James Muche and sister, Patricia Crist. 

 

Her Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 11:00 AM from St. Mary's RC Church, 40 Spring Mount Road, Schwenksville, PA 19473.

 

Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Tuesday morning from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church. 

  

Interment will take place in St. Patrick Cemetery, East Norriton, PA.
