Obituary of Constance L. Undercoffler

Constance Louise (Biege) Undercoffler, 86, of Audubon, PA, passed away on May 20, 2022, at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery. She was the wife of the late Harvey Undercoffler, who passed away in 2014.

Born in Palmerton, PA, on September 16, 1935, Connie was the daughter of the late Carl and Catherine (Salt) Biege.

Connie proudly served in the United States Army and worked as a secretary for AMETEK, Inc. until her retirement. She was a world traveler who loved listening to country music, line dancing, going to shows, and testing her luck at the casinos. Connie was a party animal who was the life of the party, and always knew how to have a good time. She will be deeply missed!

Connie is lovingly remembered by her children, Susan (& Dr. David) Rolfe, Nancy (& Nick) Vernachio, and Terri Undercoffler; her daughter-in-law, Phil Undercoffler; her grandchildren, Dr. Christine (& Kyle) Gular, Dr. Bradley Rolfe, Matthew (& Kait) Undercoffler, Mark (& Alicia) Undercoffler, Jennifer (& Zachary) Cabinoff, and Nicole Vernachio; and her great-grandchildren, Jade, Blair, Ozzy, and one baby on the way!

In addition to her husband and parents, Connie is predeceased by her son, David Undercoffler: and her sister, Carol Biege.

Visitation will take place on Friday, May 27, 2022, from 10:00 to 10:30 AM at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, 2725 Egypt Road, Audubon, PA 19403.

A memorial service will follow at 10:30 AM.

Interment will be private.
