In 2017 and in 2019, Kathleen ran for the Spring-Ford School Board and I had the pleasure of campaigning with her in Limerick, PA. Kathleen was a pleasure to work with. She was compassionate, caring, and intelligent. She was dedicated to bringing attention to and focusing on the school district's special needs students.

I will miss Kathy forever. I had the pleasure of working on curriculum and state testing with Kathy for 20 years. We had so much fun working together. She was always there to help and guide. She was the best and I will miss her.

It is important to share the most endearing quality that Kathy lived by, she always put others before herself. I had the amazing honor to work with Kathy for almost three years. I cherish the laughs, lunches, and successes that I had with her as we worked to make the lives of all students better. She was the first person to reach out and make my day 1 at where we worked warm and inviting. The world has lost a truly kind and gentle soul.

Kathy would make me (in particular) her Pineapple Souffle whenever
we were celebrating a holiday dinner or special event. I would always
look forward to her bringing this to the table when we all got together.
This memory of her will always stand out at our dinner table going
forward.

Kathy and I volunteered our time for the local Democratic Party. Kathy generously spent her ‘free’ time working on causes that were important to her. She was a caring hard worker, never complained, and when faced with setbacks she got back up and kept plugging away. Kathy was funny and never took herself too seriously. She worked hard to make Upper Providence Township a better place to live. She will be missed.

Kathy was my friend, mentor, co-worker, teacher, supervisor, model and advocate. She was an idealist who tried to better her world-whether it was her work place, her family's situation, or a friend's personal development. Kathy was a dogged worker who gave tirelessly to those around her. She inspired me to be the best I could be. Thanks, Kathy, for everything you did for me. I hope you know how much I appreciated and loved you...and how much I will miss you.
